For orders less than 20 € you’ll be charged the amount of 3.00€.
Delivery period: 1-3 working days (5 working days for remote areas)
Carrier: Speedex Courier/ ELTA for remote areas
* All orders include tracking number. You’ll receive your tracking number via e-mail after your order is placed. You’ll be able to track and tracer your package during the delivery process.
** Please note: Orders registered until 12:00 (local time), are processed on the same day. Orders registered beyond that time, are processed the next day.

That’s it! Your shipping costs are automatically calculated in “Your Order” section.
Lola Cultura offers two shipping methods:
1. Fast Shipping with tracking (recommended): After your order is placed, you’ll receive your tracking number via E-mail. You’ll be able to track and trace your package at any moment. The estimated arrival time is 5 business days for Europe and 12 business days for the rest of the world.
2. Plain Shipping: Our affordable shipping method! The arrival time depends on delivery times within the destination country, as determined by the Postal Service of each country. No tracking number is included.

Where is my order?
After an order is placed and since a tracking ID was included, we will send your tracking number and the tracking info URL via E-mail, in order to track it.
If you did not receive your email containing your tracking number or if you have lost that email you can contact us at email@example.com and we’ll resend it to you.
