What is our returns policy?
We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to change any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a good condition, within 7 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.
The product should not be washed, have any scratches or damage and must be with it’s original labels and tags on.
Keep in mind that any product that was on sale when it was purchased can only be exchanged with another one on sale.
Money refund is not possible.
How do I return an item?
Please follow the process below for returning your parcel to us:
- Contact us via email: email@example.com and explain your issue. You will receive our response.
- Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
- Return the package by using the company referred to our email. Send to us tracking number of your postage via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
- After we will receive the package, we will change your item(s) and re-send the new item(s). You will be charged with the additional shipping costs.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order when it’s in state “pending” or “processing”. You may send us an email, or cancel it through you user account.
If the order is in state “completed” it means that it’s been dispatched, so if you still want to return your items, you should use the “How do I return an item” section above.
